We are a cross-disciplinary collective committed to transforming the arts and culture investment paradigm, modeled through local, place-based investment labs. Labs steward local ecosystems through the process of discovery, connection, and investment, with the support of key partners, to achieve desired outcomes.

Steward maps identify local leaders, practitioners, artists, and culture-bearers committed to transforming the local arts and culture investment paradigm.

Steward Salons
Steward salons connect local stewards socially to imagine together, cultivate new and deepen existing relationships, establish trust, and identify ways to cooperate and collaborate together.

Imagination Map
Imagination maps chart the stewards’ future visions, goals, needs, and wants for how to repair the past, reflect the present, and reimagine their local future.

Knowledge Kits
Knowledge kits connect stewards to aligned materials - including webinars, articles, videos, and graphics - to engage and learn more about critical knowledge areas on their own time.

Co-Learning Circles
Co-learning circles convene stewards to learn together in areas like shared language, new cultures of investment readiness, capital vehicles, and more.

Transformative Investment
Transformative investment can include realigning existing funds, adopting proven fund models, or creating new vehicles to flow capital of all kinds in new, transformative ways.

Investment Map
Investment maps identify local artists and culture-bearers seeking specific types of financial and non-financial assets and capital, and investors that can invest accordingly.

Invest + Learn Pods
Invest + Learn Cohorts bring local artists, culture-bearers, and investors into learning cohorts together as they partner to co-invest for transformative investment.

Transformation Map
Transformation maps identify the existing assets and gaps to fulfill the imagination map, what’s needed to be newly created or connected, and pathways for moving forward.
