We’re on a mission to transform the arts and culture investment paradigm, fostering new flows of capital to artists and culture-bearers creating local regeneration.

Megan’s 18+ year career has focused on economic systems change, where she’s worked with internationally and nationally pioneering teams to advance the field of impact investing. This includes but is not limited to SOCAP, Impact Hub, Yerba Buena Center for the Arts, Institute for the Future, The Enterprise Center, and more on initiatives ranging from the largest impact investing conference in the world to an equity growth fund for Black and Brown businesses. She was most recently the Director of Strategy for ImpactPHL, a regional impact investing field builder, where she co-authored the paper, Moving Minds & Money to Transform Arts & Culture Investment.

Meg De Brito’s passions exist at the intersection of craft, art, wellness, and ecology. She has led organizations in both executive and director roles with a proven track record of thought leadership, strategic planning, messaging, fundraising, and storytelling to promote mission-driven organizations. These include but are not limited to Pasa Sustainable Agriculture, Neighborhood Land Power Project, Greensgrow, Penn State University, Fund for the Public Interest, and more. She is currently the Director of Brand and Narrative for ImpactPHL, cultivating Greater Philadelphia’s impact investing community.

Penelope’s decades-long career has existed at the intersection of social investment, community, art and culture, and the health of communities. She has held founding, executive leadership, advisory, and board roles for organizations such as Pacific Community Ventures, New Resource Bank (acquired by Amalgamated Bank), Aeris Insight, SOCAP, Yerba Buena Center for the Arts, One Nation One Project, The Lewis Prize for Music, Culture Therapy, and The Guild of Future Architects. She is the founder of CultureBanq, an initiative that positions artists at the center of community investment strategies.
